"PENDING CULTURES" INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
In the international competition entitled "Pending Cultures" that students of Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (IAED) participated in with their projects within the scope of Furniture Design course, the projects of our students Çağla İrem Karol, Sinem Parlas, Onur Dülger and Nadir Aksakarya passing the first elimination have been entitled to be exhibited. 13 universities from different countries together with our university participated in the competition aiming at cultural transmission that took place under the leadership of Lec. Hande Atmaca from the department of IAED in cooperation with Florence University. The prototypes produced for the exhibition will be displayed at the art center Le Murate in Florance between April, 19-28. Special thanks to the instructors Stefano Pugliese, Hande Atmaca Çetin, Çağdaş Cantürk and Esra Bici Nasir and all students taking part in the competition. We wish you all good luck for the second phase.
