As stated in the guidelines for the submission of abstracts, it is required that the content of proposals should be relevant to the conference theme.

The rules of the reviewing process will be as follows:

The panel of international referees will be known, but the reviewer of a specific paper will not,

Received abstracts will be displayed on the conference web-site with a code related to the theme, without the name of the author

Each abstract will be reviewed by at least two international referees. 

Referees are asked to comment on received abstracts in the following three options:

1. The submission of full paper is declined
2. The abstract is accepted with revisions
3. The abstract is accepted without any revisions

The decline/acceptance of an abstract will be both announced on the web site and informed to the author via e-mail.
