Gökberk Cumhur Fil – Division
The sapces in question were designed for a six-episod mini-series. The series takes place in the near future in a VR world modeled after the60s. The interiors, as a result, take inspiration from two very different characteristics of the 60s’. The high-end style of earlier Mid-Century movements and the mind-bending style of the Space Age.
Beyza Günay - Poison Sword
Poison Sword is as 28m catamaran designed for a science fiction movie set. The catamaran is used as the headquarters of people who wants to gain independence on the island planet Alester where people lives in floating cities. The catamaran adopts an axial and aymmetric design understanding inspired from the dominant and egocentric personality of the protagonist of the movie.
Hilal Nazlıgil – Eugene
The story set in the future begins when the government destroys genetically weaker individuals due to shrinking resources in the world. To prevent this, a research center called “Eugene” was established around a secret cave. As a conceptual approach, the cave texture is placed in the interiors and, in contrast, the triangular surfaces represent the abstract state of the rock.
