Career Outside the Box #2: Gül DUŞİ
We hosted our second guest, Gül DUŞİ from Linesight, in the second of three thematic seminar series organized by the Department of Architecture, "Career Outside the Box". We had a career-oriented conversation with Duşi.
While sharing the career steps with the participants up to the point she has reached in her 20-year construction management, Duşi gave advice to Architecture students and graduates on career orientation.
Gül Duşi is a graduate of Middle East Technical University Department of Architecture. After METU, she furthered her studies in University of Florida in Construction Management. Gül is the US West Coast Life Sciences lead for Linesight, and is a highly experienced Director with 20 years’ construction industry experience and wide-ranging, deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sector. Prior to joining Linesight in 2020, she held the position of Head of Design and Construction for Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing) at Edward Lifesciences, delivering complex programs across the US, Central America and Europe. Gül is a results-driven expert in her field, who champions a collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering optimum outcomes. She has particular expertise in the medical device space, as well as biomanufacturing, and has most recently delivered a cutting-edge immunotherapy development facility on the East Coast of the United States.
