IAED VOLUNTEERING STUDENTS AND WORLD INTERIORS DAY GATHERING
We celebrated our students' contributions to our department within the 2016-17 academic year, with a small gathering, also within the context of World Interiors Day. The theme for WID this year was "Interior Design for Generations". We got together, as different generations, ranging from students, to graduates, to colleagues...
Tülin Gazi Çokal from the Chamber of Interior Architects, İzmir Branch was also with us" explaining the importance of networking in the Interiors Community. We discussed our department's "experiential design" approach to interiors, starting with the "user" itself. Our instructors Zeynep Edes, İpek Kaştaş Uzun and Selin Güldenwere also with us as we presented our students certificates.
